Life has been a bit disorganized lately. We were helping out a friend, so he was staying here, and things got a bit displaced and misplaced. Now that we have all our space back, I am hoping to get organized again, and start taking more pictures. I have missed some good shots of some great meals, and the puppy. This past weekend I made my first Taco Pie. Some call it Mexican Lasagna I guess. Brown seasoned beef and cheese layered between tortillas, with salsa, and then baked, served with sour cream, olives and jalapenos on top. It was AMAZING, and so easy and quick to make it's ridiculous.
So now that I have my space back, I am hoping to put together my crafts/sewing room again, and start working on my quilts and my miniatures. I miss doing that stuff. Not to mention that I would like to put the dining room together someday :o) I first need to clear the computer and the sewing stuff out of it :o) hehe
Well. On to bed for now, to dream about all the plans for the near future :o)
